In this kind pulley system the following rule applies. In a system of pulleys where each pulley is embraced by a cord attached at one end to a fixed point and at the other to the center of the movable pulley, the effect of the pull in the robe will be equal to the weight divided by multiblication of 2 as many times as there are movable pulleys in the system. Lets assume that the weight under the pulley in this system is 80 kg. Since there are two movable pulleys in the system, multiplying 2 by itself 2 times gives us the number 8. Therefore dividing the 80 by 8 gives us 10. If we apply 10kg force on the pulley robe, the system will be in equlibrium.
